And thank you for the feedback, it's nice to see that in this relatively small community, people are enjoying the mods. ^^
Thank you! ^^ Function Library it makes changes to the way the charges of thrown items work, so it's necessary for reusable grenades (by default, they're discarded after being thrown and this is hardwired into the game). Without FuncLib installed, PEIA Legends actually makes those changes manually, but for compatibility reasons (e.g. with New Items and Augments or other mods that use the same reusable grenade mechanic) it's better to reference the FuncLib change for consistency.
PROTOCOL78_TIP = "Uses a console. Raises the alarm 2 levels. Each alarm level after that, safes get +25 credits.",
PROTOCOL78_FLAVOR = "One of Derek's most infamous corporate exploits was the abuse of Protocol 78 which would relocate credit into more \"secure\" locations during times of emergency.",
Yes, they're the same people. It's easy to miss at first, but it's referenced in their bios and in the 'real name' part of their loadouts.
And I mean, technically Olivia and Derek already have on-file versions, they're called Central and Monst3r, they're just not listed under the same agent tab.
That said, making 'alternate' onfile versions of them could be on the table, especially since there's still an unused Derek augment in the code.
Thanks. Yes, they're rescuable and this is RAA-compatible, however, it will overwrite RAA settings for these particular two agents. Currently, the mod adds either the onfile or the archived version to the detention pool at random for both agents. If desired, I could add a generation option to let you choose that as well.
Thank you for the feedback. It seemed only fair, given Central's and Monst3r's starting skills.
If you don't mind, would you look into something? It seems you guys accidentally reversed an update and reintroduced some fixed bugs. Cyberboy2000 has discovered this:

The build of the game currently on Steam (once again) has bugs such as Draco's neural grid not counting as an augment (not having the "carryable" ability), scientists being able to spawn inside vaults, etc.
