Hello everyone!

INTRODUCTION

It has been a long time since I did my last map, it was last summer 2018. Now I present to you my last project for SS3, this time for Fusion! I did a lot of improuvements since last time. I made my own custom modeles, storyline with cutscenes and dialogues throughout the game as well as custom enemies and sounds.

About Voiceacting - IMPORTANT!

Drunked Serious Sam.
The campaign has a voiceacting that has a special sense of humour that I know, not everybody will like. So I decided to put an off button for dialogues and voiceacting, but I prefer at least for one time that you finish game with voicecoer. After you can easly turn them off to concentrate on pure gaming.

What to expect?

The campaign has 3 levels:
1. Back To Light - 15min.
2. Back to Shadow - 15min.
3. The Choice - 25min.

Each of them has something unique and fresh. There will be some parkour and traps from classics Serious Sam. You will have to run and escape without weapons, find a safety and comeback stronger with a better gear that you will collect through the story developpement. There are a lot of secrets that will help you gloring your way through the monsters - Exploring is rewarded!

Storyline:

We know Sam Stone is a time traveller but he doesn't know about it yet since we are in BFE. But this time it's Mental who is going to visit him first! As well as Netricsa and her voice inside Sam's head. Together they will try to beat the Mental's ship and liberate the Earth from aliens. To do that they must stop portals and destroy main ship. But how?

To be honest it's very basic but I hope it will give some depth to the levels and you'll like the dialogues :-)

Level 3 - The Choice

- added a brand new location with 2 new encounters.
- better cutscene at the start
- new modeles of rocks of my own, more cliffs and small details
- fixed some imperfections of modeles ( ex. the bridge, mountain entrance )

Level 1 - Back to Light

- fixed undergound invisible walls ---> + FPS


Attention! If you want to play without ground bugs on the first level, uncheck Halloween Space Dream (my latest map) in options ( there is a collision and replacement between files )

Alright, maps look like a bunch of assets were thrown together. I see a lot of map/polygon holes but map layout is interesting. I like the cutscenes and I like your gameplay ideas. They are great but levels need a lot more polishing to look good. Overall this is an ok campaign with good ideas and cutscenes. Soundtrack choice is fine too. I give it 6.5/10.

-- MAJOR UPDATE 1 --

Level 1 - Back To Light
-a new location and three new fights.
-fixed too big textures, stretched textures
-more details overall ( stones, trees, new textures )
-changed some encoutres, in some places there are new monsters.
- fixed escaping from map, more barrierfields

Level 2 - Back to Shadow
- Fixed green lighting at the begining of the level
- Added some haze at the last battle, and fixed probes lights ( more pleasant to eye )
- added ammo crates at critical spots ( big fights )

Level 3 - The Choice
- Changed textures of some modeles
- fixed last cutscene camera ( it's not flying over map and showing bugs )
- added ammo crates

So as you can see, the most changes are on the first level. More uppdates are coming, and I wanted to apologise for delay. I hope the map will comeback at the top again : )

Hello! Yes, there will be more updates on the weekends, the game works and i played with a friend who had this mod and it worked. Make sure you have bought Serious Sam TSE, beacouse it requires an asset of a ship.

Hello i just wanted to ask if there will be more updates because i started playing the first level but it crashesh i am using Custom weapons managment if you know please tell me if this is the problem

This campaign is good and worth trying out, though it has some flaws:
Cons:
-Some of visuals are really bad(textures being to big, or too bright lights melting eyes in sec)
-Serious frame drops in levels 1 and 2 (especially 2 ;))
-Some of a dialogs are hard to understand (either being too quiet or just acted badly), but it is ok for what it is.
-Questioning some of monsters from workshop (talking about you gnaars and kami)
Pros:
-It has effort put into it, there's no denying it
-Fine good looking cutscenes
-Good use of monsters from workshop
-Good ideas for some combats ( so not every combat is running backwards-shoooting)
Overall I feel satisfied. It's good campaign, even though it lacks in visual/performance aspects. Completed on Normal, dont know how it looks on Serious.
