you need:

Wiremod
and
Collision Resizer (ENHANCED)
and
Sub Material Tool
and
hl2 episode 2 (installed and mounted)
and
Ragdoll Resizer
and
Improved Weight

for this to work

place then unfreeze by looking at with physgun and pressing R
