Updated for Empyrion 1.5

The design is still valid for a more modern Empyrion but I took the opportunity to make some upgrades based on experience. I found the Zirax drones were shooting up the cheap, carbon blocks, so I replaced them with steel.

In the case that relations with the Zirax are not great, one or more of these will come in handy to protect a minimal base. Either one of the above or one of your choice.
