Updated description to include level and size: Level 5 Base, Size Class 1

Updated for Empyrion 1.5

The design is still valid for a more modern Empyrion but I took the opportunity to make some upgrades based on experience. I found the Zirax drones were shooting up the cheap, carbon blocks, so I replaced them with steel.

With new block types, I was able to fix the trim so there is no longer a gap!

Added item break-out:

- 30 mm cannon
- 3 sentry guns
- Large ammunition box
- Small (backup) generator
- Fuel tank
- Solar capacitor
