Just completed "Spires of Death" at day 308 ;)
Tnx for feedback!
Cool, I'm glad you liked it!
All in all, I found the mod very fun and refreshing way to play the game. It made many of the missions very challenging and required a lot of thinking outside the box, and gave me many hours of enjoyment. Good job!
Some lairs also have much higher HP, for example goblin towers and caves have like, 1500 hp.
I find that for many missions, krypta is the only way to survive. The skeletons from krypta are more powerful just as the other monsters are more powerful. So, they are able to stand up to the stronger monsters for a little while.
Many heros really are not very useful, for example I find rangers and rogues not very useful except to do an explore quick. Monks seem to struggle more. Paladins are still good at standing up to the new enemies. Warriors seem to struggle a lot, cant survive against goblins really even.
Gold from killing monsters seemed to have been reduced as well, so heroes get much less potions, and do not upgrade at blacksmith hardly ever. But if you have money you can just give your heros money directly anyway
It doesn't note, but it also increases prices for guardhouses, spells (resurection is priced out of use), upgrades for most things (including marketplace, library, blacksmith)
So it also makes economy more difficult and longer to start up.
Peasents take a lot longer to fix things, but at the same time, it seems buildings take longer to get destroyed as well (might be mistaken).
So far, I tried Goblin Horde but wasn't able to beat that mission yet. (while unmodded I beat it in 3 days!)
I beat the mission "Free the Slaves" but even that took way longer than normal
In all, the mod is very interesting and I will continue to try it out!
