Missing Pop Upkeep should be fixed now.

normally it shouldn't overwrite the resource upkeep, but maybe I should include it in a future version

I can't get more trait points with tech when playing a machine empire, can you fix it? Or do I search for another mod? I'd rather keeps yours, it's more in line with what I was looking for.

I have full Biological ascencion and with you mode i have 0 points and 0 picks, but without mode i heve +6 points and -2 picks
