Description
Most units will get random promotions upon leveling up instead up picking from the tree. You choose one out of three random promotions similar to Spies or Apostles. There is no level requirement now meaning you may get good promotions at early level if you are lucky (I am looking at you, level 2 Ambush Scout!). It also helps with your army's variety as the promotions should be unique before it runs out.

When you have Military Research Policy card activated, you can choose from any promotion (similar to Hallyu and Non-state Action cards for Rock Band and Spies or Yerevan for Apostles). This decision may be a bit bias because I like that policy card. If you have any suggestion about this, please do tell.

This includes non-popular classes like Warrior Monks and even with other mods that give units special promotion classes.

@Cryoflair yes I am aware of that, not because my code but how the game works (it try to give unique promotions before giving the full list again when all run out). It also happens to religious units.

Not sure if you know of this, but sometimes only 1 or 2 random promotions appear. Maybe a conflict with Radiant Better Unit Promotions?

@tilarium no, promotions are taken from the same promotion tree of that unit type (wouldn't make sense to increase Range for Warrior, for example). In my experience, AI works fine with this, not 100% sure but I think they do know how to pick good promotions (have seen AI's "super-warrior" once)

3 questions. Are the random promotions from all unit types? If yes, is it set up to prevent a warrior from getting a ranged promotion? How does the AI handle this?

@ArgonV hmm I have downloaded and tested, both database and in game. It seem that mod and mine is working fine together. I haven't tested all of course, but I checked Melee and Ranged units. There are some promotions with same name/abilities as the base game (War Cry, Elite Guard, etc), but I am pretty sure it's all from the mod and not base game (I checked database for that). Can you check again and if you see the problem, post a screenshot/name of the unit?

I really like this mod, thanks for your hard work!

Now I also use this mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1499009957 for more interesting promotions. However, with both activated, I sometimes get promotions from the base game and other times I'll get promotions from the mod. Can I modify it, so your mod only selects from the other mod?
