I decided to make my own, in a more realistic graphics style.

In this map, you can do some first person racing with up to five players! This is a normal racing course set in a desert, with some decoration. I recommend that you stay on the track, because the sand will not let you go very far...

I have included an animated racing style starting lamp (hanging under the finish panel). You can activate or deactivate it by pressing 1 or 2 when having your mouse over it, it uses the "state" function. If you don't like that for some reason, a more obvious starting clock has been included, hidden behind some houses.

The cars use the RC car script by Markimus, if you need instructions on how to use them see the link below.

Sadly it seems that the cars will be pretty laggy for anyone but the host, unless the host has a really good machine. So if you are planning to set a lap time record, you should be host or play alone.
Speaking of lap time records, I might set up a board showing the best times. If you want your name on it, visible to everyone, send me a video proving your time.

More racing maps are in the making, but I need a bit more time to fix some problems.

I added a card with detailed usage instructions on the table, behind the spectator stands!

T00N3Y-SA, have you made sure to:
- actually pick the color white from the right side of the color tint screen where it lists the seat colors?
- enable your keypad and used the buttons on it?

I know this is old, but for some reason this mod doesn't work. I picked a car, and deleted the other 4. Changed the tint of the car to white, but then nothing happens. Any idea what's wrong?

Guardsman, it is really just a bunch of simple components.
1. You need some car models that you wanna use.
2. You need to put an RC car script on them and adjust it according to the respective instructions. Look either at the script by Markimus that I put in the description or find CHRY's "Carossa" scripts.
3. Find a camera and screen mod and join the cameras to the car. I can't find the workshop object for the ones I used right now, but there are a few out there. If all else fails, rip the ones I used off the cars. They are jointed into the front of the cars, if you look closely.
4. Design a track that is easy enough to navigate but exciting. Ideally make the main part of the track flat because I haven't seen a way to make actual wheels and suspensions work yet.

Hey RobotSpark, thank you. Although actually, this was just a test and I find it pretty bland and it gets boring quickly. Plus, any other bog standard racing game offers more than this. I had some more racing maps planned, but at the moment they are on hold due me not being able to figure out some advanced things.

This is great! Please make more race maps similar to this! (the other ones with jumps are a bit too hard for multiplayer)

I replaced some broken assets, including the car skins and tested the cars again, they work like they should. Let me know if that helped and if there are any other files that are broken.
