Effervescent Predux is a recreation of a map that never was.

Back on the 9th of February, famed test chamber designer Demon Arisen held a live stream in which he designed a test chamber. However, this chamber was never released, so I took the opportunity to fine-tune my Hammer skills and decided to Hammer-ise it.

Since then nearly 100 hours have been poured into this map, however, I'm not proud of it. But that's beside the point, that doesn't concern you. It does, however, mean that this map will not be receiving updates and/or patches. Found an exploit? Congrats, go use it to speedrun or something.

In rare occasions, the moving test chamber may become stuck due to the panels. To fix this, aim the cross-hair at the stuck panel, open the console and type: 'ent_fire !picker kill'.

This is a great map, can't believe it isn't more popular, but I can see why you aren't proud of it. It's quite easily exploitable, especially with things like CFG and just barely being able to reach the funnel by wall strafing. Though, you should be proud of it because it is great.

so a demon and a sequel to a popular home console have failed to be proud of a puzzle. why not combine the Excursion Funnel AND the Light Bridge?

I saw a similar concept by Loo-Kin in Wheatley's unscientific tests part 1.
Although that was a tad more tricky.

Anyway, still hats off to the author, as these tests are absolutely priceless in terms of experience. I rate this one 6/10 (the above mentioned one was 9/10).
