Caredios Diesel-Electric Manager

Description
THIS WILL NO LONGER BE WORKED ON, A COMPLETELY NEW ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IS IN THE WORKS

This is a Microcontroller to manage your ships Diesel-Electric Drive System.

SETUP:
1. Connect an Engine Slave for each generator Engine to the Engine Data Composite nodes
2. Connect your Throttle Lever to the Electric Engine Throttle node
3. Connect the Electric Engine Output node to you electric motors
4. Connect your Battery to the Battery Input node
5. Connect the Touch output from your 2x2 monitor to the Touch Input on the Microcontroller
6. Connect the video Node to your 2x2 monitor

USAGE
Pages:
"T": Shows you throttle and allows you to select modes, more info below
"E": Allows you to arm and disarm each generator, Generators will autostart if they are armed and needed
"P": Allows you to see your battery status and turn on Fast Charge Mode

Modes:
"MAN" - Manual: Send the throttle directly to the Electric Motors
"LIM" - Limit: Limits the electric throttle to keep the battery charging.
"ECO" : Same as "LIM", but it start ONLY 2 engines.

NOTE: I if you want to have reverse you'll have to have a switch that negates the throttle output from the Microcontroller.

Also, GIVE CREDIT if you use it in your own creation, check the collection for some of my other systems

@Mitch-Mash, That means the engines does not have enough torque to go to a higher speed, the Caredios Diesel-Electric Manager does not limit RPS whatsoever.
Mitch-Mash 29 Jun, 2019 @ 6:08pm
my engines are maxed out and they only pull 20 rps
SingularCitrus  [author] 29 Jun, 2019 @ 6:38am
@Mitch-Mash you change that in the engine settings
Mitch-Mash 28 Jun, 2019 @ 8:49pm
How to change max RPS?

New Update Out, I fixed the spacing between engine starts so all engines will no longer start at the same time

You could add a whole lot of tooltips and then run a demo. That should give you some insight into what it's doing.
