Description
Would you like to have floating Lava in your games?
Did you ever want to now what a map would look like after a volcanic eruption?
Did you ever want to do a scenario with fitting unique terrains?

Then this mod is for you.
It changes the beach, water, shallow and ice textures to ones showing lava.

In this V2, the deep water has more contrast and is darker, so the wave effect is a bit less strong, and the colors don't look as 'washy' as in V1 and better fit the medium water colors.
In exchange the fire shape of the deep water is less noticable.

In the screens you can see the old and new deep water to get a feeling for the changes.

For the mentioned 'washy' look. On the screens, and in streams, everything seems to look ok, I just experienced this when actually playing with the lava myself. So this mod isn't a replacement for V1, but an alternative in case you experienced something similar or just like the new look of the deep water lava replacement in V2.

Hi, somewhere down the line the workshop system was changed. I wasn't aware of the fact, this actually broke this mod though. Most likely that's an easy fix I can apply soon.
Thanks for letting me now. :D:

It is not working, it says it's a Legacy type mod. Is there a way to change this setting or it's a problem with my game?

Cool :) Btw I forgot to thank you for making the default gray bridge mod! It looks dark and epic! I wasn't too fond of the old green one :P
To be honest I was surprised when you ending up making it!
You seem to help a lot of people out on steam, and I really appreciate your efforts. :steamhappy:

Great v1 is what you were looking for. :)

Most of my mods that have different versions do contain different approaches. So while one is the newest one that potentialy also benefits from more experience in doing these textures on my side, another one might fit your likings a lot better.

Only very few mods (including this one) indeed have a 'real' content update that just fixes a bug or improves some specific aspects - like this one featuring an updated deep water and updated wave effect while beeing the same content otherwise.
And for it is like that in this case I decided to update the v1 mod now that this is possible again (updating a published mod at all...) instead of upgrading both mods.

I just didn't delete the v2 in case time proves me wrong and I do need it. Maybe I should set it to hidden so no one gets confused...

Ok! I just assumed that this V2 was the most up to date version :P

Right - this was an update for v1 (and only offered some slight color changes) that is upgraded now and slightly updated content wise too.
So you might give v1 a try?

I wait ... I hope that AOFE 2 HD 'll be able to support very well very high quality animations without crashing ( it might be occured ) - such as Age of Titan ... I enjoy complex graphism with many and many details .
Meanwhile, Oxam build up house and others substructure. It still run on very well. i didn't crash with this patch yet. So, a eruption, melt of iceberg, why not?
Ey, yes, add also more form of iceberg .
