Monster Variety + Cultist Simulator Patch

Description
This patch adds extra interactions to the Study Table introduced in Cultist Simulator Trinkets.
This patch adds ability to conduct spell research introduced in Monster Variety on the Study Table.

You have 10% chance to get Spell Research when interacting with the Study Table.
You also have 30% chance to summon monsters so be prepared.

Like the Spell Research Table of Monster Variety you can use your Spell Research on the Study Table.
There's a 50% failure chance though (If you fail you get back the Spell Research you used).

Was thinking about changing it to a 40% fail ratio

Ill admit this is a pretty cool mod all things considered. I think a 50% failure rate is a bit high, but it does add more dynamic to both the spell system and the trinket itself, so no complaints from me.
