Dugong Mk3 (Extended Hull+Rail Gun)

Description
*If you can't see the submarine in game enable it in the options, if you still cant find the submarine try to verify the cache, and if it still not showing up copy it from the mods folder to the submarine folder. File is called Dugong Mk3-6*


Extended version of the Dugong with a third coil gun, fabricator, deconstructor, and increased supplies in general.


-Bow and stern have been hardened
-Hull extended with reinforcements added in some areas
-Medical bay slightly extended and more supplies added
-Third Coil gun added
-New room for coil gun ammo
-Reactor output increased
-Repair tools and equipment added in engine room
-Small supply cabinets with emergency supplies added in most room
-Extra fire extinguishers added in most rooms
-New room added for crafting with 2 large storage cabinets for materials
-Extra diving equipment next to airlock
-Extra oxygen tanks next to airlock
-Extra harpoon guns added and ammo next to diving suits

-The railgun is for some reason connected to the junction box as well as the supercapacitors and its sucking the living life out of the reactor and it keeps losing its charge, sometimes when it reaches 100% it will just drop to 0% and start charging again
-The bow of the sub has too many walls and once breached the smaller enemies can get stuck inside them and keep damaging your hull and you can't see them or kill them with the guns
-Diving gear isn't linked to oxygen
-The sub only has 2 water ducts that are wired to signal_out instead of water_% and once you get flooded and repair the rooms they are gonna stay at 10-15% water amount no matter what and your sub is gonna keep sinking even at 50% ballast level and no hull breaches
-The lockers aren't tagged properly resulting in starting gear just spawning in crates on the floor

Overall the design is nice but some things on the sub could use an update

Just tested it, they work. All you have to do is power up the super capacitors. There are 2 next to the rail gun periscope that are dedicated to the rail gun.

Once you power up the super capacitors the guns will start to charge and fire.

Railgun don't work. I with friend was trying to find the problem for 2 hours and still not found anything

@spingo - you can wire that up yourself. Run the wires and link them, I did that with mine.

the oxygen shelves and diving suit lockers aren't wired up to power so don't recharge - please update

@Major Hawker You can swap out the bottom coil gun with the rail gun if you really want. But that depends on which direction the enemies are coming from. and what kinds of enemies your dealing with a railgun is pretty overkill on say a crawler for example but it could be just the thing you need when engaging a hostile submarine.

question as I have just started my voyaging. Wouldn't the Rail gun be better below the ship and the 3 coil guns on top? Also can you not put one on top of the conning tower as that is the only dead zone I see on top of the Sub.

BTW great freaking Sub.
