Description
A small mod that adds a repeatable decision to ringworlds that increases their max district size by 1 through the use of an unique planetary deposit.

The decision requires:
25 influence
1000 energy
500 alloys
2500 minerals.
360 days

The decision can be repeated indefinitely.
