This is a very early start to me reworking the officer satisfaction system to being a little more difficult to manage,
after 3 play throughs and never losing an officer i decided to make it harder

Theres alot of different tweaks going on here;

1) the malice from rivals in faction/force carry greater modifiers

2) the negative relationships form faster than good ones

3) Having generals who do get along in an army will provide some (unseen in UI) bonuses to army such as 5% melee evasion or -5% upkeep, doesnt display anywhere except can be seen by checking unit stats when moving generals in an out of army

4) Having generals who dont get along in an army will provide many more negatives to army performance

5) Promoting a low level character to a court position will make the characters who are higher rank but with a lower position become jealous

6) The Invoke Council system now functions like this :
your character appointed to this position seeks out and finds opinions from others in your faction, then he comes up with a proposition. Fulfilling this will increase satisfaction for one of the characters in your court. This means you can interact with RNG satisfaction for more characters in ur faction, not just the ALREADY happy ones in the council seats. didnt make sense before

7) trait events such as loyal vs disloyal will now have a malice toward the party you did not choose.

8) updated to include negative events if you appoint rival/nemesis ministers

9) 7/15 updated to fix a bug with council, and added malice events- locust plagues, bandits, events with character traits, added malice to negate the minister position buff someone holds if they have rivals in other positions. Made desire for higher court position stronger past rank 3. and more

probably some more ive forgotten,

10) 9/2 added an lower desire for higher court position to earth reform : Master of Ceremonies

NOTE:
As with all my mods- they are best used in conjunction for optimal results / balancing

Good mod, though it seems to disable missions for factions such as Liu Yan and Tao Qian. I assume it might be due to update incompatibility. Either way, I think the issue can be circumvented by enabling the mod only after starting a campaign save.

I really love your mods, they make the game a lot more immersive like having the best elements of ROTK 13 added to Total War. However, since you added the malice events, they happen far too frequently. It's really obnoxious! Even after your update, I am getting a plague at least once a year, sometimes twice! Please reduce the frequency or maybe add something to the tech options to reduce their likelihood if you research certain tech! Maybe the same with reducing chance of bandit strikes if you have patrols/garrisons built. Anyway, thanks for your great mods, I love them!

Haha I haven't even played multiplayer on this game before, but it could be fun

Yeah, I just started playing again, but when I only have one Total War player in my friend circle and he likes Warhammer. Which is a fine enough game, but I don't really like Total War in a full-on fantasy setting. Three Kingdoms is a really good middleground between Warhammer and the older entries.

Heheh thanks Monika. I did add fluffles tho. Not sure when I'll have time. Its a bummer cuz my RL friend who i played S2 campaigns with dropped the ball and never got 3k.. despite us playing DW as kids together.

@beans Not a clue. Wish I had some to play MP with :p

do you know why some events duplicate their effects when playing multiplayer? for example the turn 1 event that adds extra satisfaction doubles the turn length in a multiplayer campaign, as if the event fires twice (once for each player).
