Description
Libertatia was a legendary pirate haven, allegedly founded by one Captain James Misson in the late 17th century on the eastern coast of Madagascar. The colony is described in Volume II of ''A General History of the Pyrates'' as a peaceful, communal settlement heavily influenced by an early form of socialism, in particular the idea that "No Hedge may Bound Any Man's Particular Property". All farmland was jointly owned by the settlers, and all plunder taken at sea was put into a single treasury. Although generally treated as apocryphal by modern historians, the seas and trade routes of the Indian Ocean were a hotspot for piracy and many real pirates did indeed make Madagascar their base of operations.

For more information, see the Civ V Customization Wiki[civilization-v-customisation.wikia.com]

Leader: James Misson

The Pirate Round: Worked Farms adjacent to other Farms provide Great Admiral Points. Defeating enemy Naval Units near a Great Admiral creates civilian Plunder ships, which may be returned to a friendly City for a large sum of Gold.

Man-of-war: -1 Movement, but +20% Combat Strength in unowned Ocean tiles. The Man-of-war and any stacked Civilian or Embarked Units gain the shared total Movement of both Units. Replaces the Privateer.

Session House: Naval Units trained in this City begin with Boarding Party I, Boarding Party II if working at least three Farms, and Boarding Party III if working at least six Farms. Replaces the Harbor.

Is there anything else needed to fully set up the game? I loaded it but started out in 3000BC. Having to research pottery and husbandry, etc.

Am I missing something?

And btw, I agree with what zArkham4269 said. This mod would really benefit from E&D compatibility.
