They're overlapping each other!

Not to worry, friend! It is but a simple, but a bit arduous, matter.

First, go to My Computer/This PC ---> Program Files (or wherever your Steam folder is) ---> Steam ---> steamapps ---> workshop ---> content ---> 262060 (code for Darkest Dungeon mods)

In here you will find all the installed mods you have, waiting for activation in the game proper. Since they're all numbers, you will want to inspect every single one of them to find out which ones are skins, gameplay tweaks, etc. and note them down so you will know which is which. (Skin mods usually only contain a folder about a hero)

Once that's done, look for the skin mods that are conflicting each other. For example, two folders about Vestal skin mods. Within these folders contain more folders that has the modded images. Since our example is Vestal, we will see 'vestal_K' or 'vestal_X' or whatever. The conflict comes from the two skin mods having the same 'vestal_K' so we will need to change that.

First, change one of the folder's name (just the letter though) so 'vestal_K' will now be 'vestal_J'. The work is not over yet, go up the folders until you see 'modfiles'. Open the file and you will see a list of line codes. Most of them will have 'vestal_K', change them to 'vestal_J' (just change the letter, bruh) and now you're all set!

The skin looks funky during the gameplay!

That means the 'skel' and 'atlas' files of the game does not match the images given by the mod. I have no idea how to fix this. Lemme know how if you do find out how though~
