Blade Runner - Theme Park and Ride

Description
Immerse yourself in the sci-fi dystopia of Blade Runner, a new mini-theme-park based on the movie of the same name. Soak up the ambiance in the main street area built to the exact dimensions of the original Warner Brothers movie sets. Then move on to the Tyrell Corporation where you can sign up for the newly available visitor tours. While you await your tour, enjoy the queue area demonstrating how Tyrell’s famous replicants are grown. Then board your tour vehicle. Pay no heed to an unconfirmed rumor that off-world replicants have escaped and have tried to infiltrate back into Tyrell as employees. Blade Runner detectives are on premise to isolate and eliminate any potential threats.

WARNING: You must disable all scenery/coaster/ride/terrain collision to load this ride properly. Please if you are going to do a YouTube video on this ride, make sure you set these settings.

When you load the park, you will be looking at a billboard near the park entrance. Turn slightly right to walk into the main park area. In the main park area, the primary ride is down the left-hand street towards the pyramid style building (the Tyrell building from the movie). Check out the other themed rides on the way in the Eye Works building on the right, and the Anaco Mart building on the left of the same street.

The ride is far better with the custom movies, images and music. They can be found here:

Note: I don't own copyrights to video/images/music/sound used and have no intent to profit by it.

To save the files go to Documents> Frontier Developments> Planet Coaster> UserMusic and UserMedia
After that, load the "park" and the videos & custom images should now work. For proper sound, set sound effects to 40 and music to 100.

If you want to disable the custom music (such as if you want to do a paid YouTube video), then switch the music to “Action Coaster” (one of the default music selections) with overall music volume at 100 and sound effects at 60. That works OK although the custom track is far better. Note that YouTube will flag some of the custom music as copyrighted (and disallow paid videos).

If you want to get the best experience on the ride, I recommend switching to test mode and lowering the number of cars to only 1. Otherwise due to a bug in Planet Coaster, you will not get the cars spaced out properly. Further, I suggest you wait until auto-save occurs because otherwise it will happen in the middle of the ride and (again due to a bug) it will get the sound track out of synch.

Note: I mostly used my own creations in this, but did use elements from other steam postings including some from Thememaker’s Toolkit. If you see something of yours feel free to leave a comment.

WOW! Watched the clip after I posted and was blown away. Love how the ride timed the part when Leon shoots the guy giving him the Voight Kampff Test. The detailing outside JF Sebastian's home actually looked like the film. Even the parked truck that Pris fall into and breaks the window is there! Fun fact: The actress plating Pris, Daryl Hannah, wasn't meant to break the glass and actually cut her hand pretty bad. In fact, she needed stitches, it was that bad. Also, loved the photo taken from the top of Bryant's office, with the old newspapers and rubbish, exactly like the film. Anyway, you really capture the look and atmosphere of the film. Remarkable work.

Scott was heavily influenced by the work of the brilliant French artist, the late Jean Giraud Moebius. Sadly, he's not widely recognised for heavily influencing science fiction. He also worked on the film, the 5th Element, which incorporates an iconic futuristic city design that is now commonplace.

Absolutely stunning. The brutalist architecture of Deckard´s apartment is still my favorite if I have to pick one of..Wait.. it is the stairwell at JF Sebastian´s...too many...
And you captured it splendidly. My hat tip to you master bhamilto1x.
