Saving Brink

Description
It has always saddened me to see Brink a deserted ruin given it's development and location. This mod ensures that Brink will live on as an independent town under the control of its own faction.

UPDATE: There is now a Reactive World compatibility patch available for this mod: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3422510357

THE LORE:

The new Brink is known as "The Refuge" by its founders, former slaves Magill and Lauska. Funding for the rebuilding of Brink was provided by Sengattis, a former wealthy trader from the United Cities.

The new Brink, is, as the name indicates, a refuge for escapees from United Cities slavery. If any runaways from the Holy Nation manage to make it, they too are welcomed.

THE NUTS AND BOLTS:

-A new faction is created called the Refuge
-The town has been completely walled in, and the farms expanded
-The north gates have been moved to accomodate the new walls
-There is a bar, a faction HQ, a travel shop, a farm shop, and a bakery
-Mercenaries, tech hunters, anti-slavers, and misc. recruits may be found there.
-The faction has poor relations with the the UC, Slave Traders/Hunters, and the Trader's Guild.
-The Faction is allied to the Anti-Slavers and is on good terms with the Tech Hunters
-They strive to co-exist peacefully with the Rebel Swordsmen and Farmers, but fights will occasionally break out.
-Eyesocket can become a Refuge outpost
-Grass Pirates will be suppressed once Eyesocket falls (fewer encounters, smaller groups)
-Refuge patrols will be found in Stormgap Coast
-If you are allied to the anti-slavers, there will be alliance option available with the Refuge by speaking with Magill

The new town is triggered with the deaths of Lady Ishugi (Brink) and Valamon (Reavers). They can go in either order and it doesn't affect the mod.

I hope you enjoy this, and please report any issues, bugs, or ideas in the comments below.

Well, my change notes didn't really appear as planned, but the current state of the mod is listed in the description.

Have been busy with real life stuff lately, but have some update items in the works. Nothing major, really, but some tweaks and such. Some "better" Brink stuff for sure including a police station, general store, dialog with the town leaders and the takeover of a nearby location if conditions are right. Might be a couple weeks away, though.

Two bars for the city might be a bit too much. Maybe as well add a farmshop near the crop fields....
