Leader: Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla

UA: +1 Culture from Specialists. Culture Guilds have 1 extra Specialist slot and are produced twice as fast.

UB: Tianguis. The Tianguis replaces the Market. Extra effects: +2 Culture. +1 Faith.

UU: Fuerzas Especiales. Replaces the Marine. +10% Combat Strength when adjacent to friendly units and +40% Combat Strength when attacking fortified units.
