Description
The vanilla 'ransom demand' event requires the comms console. 'No Power Ransom Demand' makes the ransom offer possible with the no power comms console mod.

ha. this seems so much more business like than using a powered version (even in a modern colony)
a letter has that sort of quaint touch to it
