Update of newcolonists mod

The vanilla 'ransom demand' event requires the comms console. 'No Power Ransom Demand' makes the ransom offer possible with the no power comms console mod.

orignal mod required: [sd] nopower comms console, from sulusdascor

Can you add compatibility for "Mercenaries For Me" so that bill payments can be made in a medieval setting without the need to study "Microelectronics basics"?

Does this work both ways, or is it just for the incoming event? And if it does not, is is possible to get this to support Prisoner Ransom (which does, but requires the comms table)

I'm not sure how the Harmony patch works, but would it also work with the Lite version of Medieval Overhaul? The link is here: https://github.com/Zafireria/Medieval-Overhaul-Lite

Its only the furniture and deco and the Scribes Table and Bird Post both use the same defName as the full version.

Combination of scribe's table and bird post. I think it's the scribe's table and the table uses the bird post as power but with no range limit? or the pawns finish the work by taking it to the birds? been a while sense i used it. They basicly used the same thing as no coms power though i think.
