Description
Hello!

Harbinger Ballistics Co. has just released their H-4 Anti-Ship/Station Torpedo to the public!

This torpedo features 26 warheads and remote control capabilities up to 50,000 km.
The torpedo consistently penetrates 2 layers of heavy armor and damages the 3rd, the results are the same with a wider splash area for light armor.

Theory of Operation:
-Target is acquired
-User manually launches torpedo
-At 1.5 km from target, user manually starts Timer which arms warheads, causes the torpedo to spin, gatlings to detach decoys, reverse thrust to slow torpedo, and starts a timer that stabilizes torpedo and restores main thrust and gyro control.
-Torpedo continues course at terminal velocity into target
-Sensor trips and detonates warheads

Optimal conditions for launch and use:
(Meet these in order to increase the chances of you scoring a good hit on your target)
Target is in space
Target is static
Target is less than 50 m/s
Target is a station
Target has less than 3 point defense weapons able to defend

Instructions for use:
Take control of the remote control block while in a control seat with an antenna.
Aim camera crosshairs at target and press 1
At 1.5km from target, press 3 to launch decoys.

I am aware of an issue with the sensor not detonating the warheads when it should be triggered. I think that the game sim speed is not fast enough to register the sensor trip and communicate that to the warheads. It happens more or less during auto save periods so that might interrupt the game enough to cause a malfunction. It doesn’t happen often so I’m not really sure what else it would be. If anyone has any idea please let me know!

The torpedo is capable of firing at target in an atmosphere, but you must fly the torpedo directly above the target in order for the decoys to work properly.

Im not sure, i migrated all my files to another SSD and I lost some. Ill see if i can fix it

No, it is controlled via remote but you can setup a targeting script if you want it to have that

if i launch this out of a missile silo will it start tracking right away and crash into the inside of the silo?
