Description

Attention stalkers! An emission is approaching!

It will play the PDA radio effect from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. when you start and stop talking, and plays filters over your voice when doing the following:
- On Ground
- In NoClip
- In Vehicle
- In WAC Helicopter (Entities prefixed with wac_hc_*)
- In WAC Plane (Entities prefixed with wac_pl_*)

Change the filter timeout timer with the following console command:
vnt_voip_filter_timeout <integer>

One day I want to re-write this entire thing so I can merge all this sound mods into one script that the user can change the file paths themselves. Just haven't had the time or motivation.
