Very awesome puzzle!
The first time I played this I must have gotten stuck in just the beginning area for at least half an hour. Didn't look around enough to find the portal surfaces needed to get past it. Last puzzle was befitting for a grand finale - nothing too complicated in principle, but one that can easily trick people into overthinking and ultimately spending a lot of time wondering "what the heck to do?!!?!" as I was. Well done.
Anyway, overall difficulty (for all the parts) 4.5/10 I'd say (6.5/10 for Part 3 - this brought up the average significantly), design 8.5/10. Love unique Hammer maps like these.
