The Clay that Binds
Resources adjacent to Mines are automatically claimed and improved if you have the required Technology. For every two Mines worked by a City, get a free Engineer Specialist slot.
Kgotla
Unique Botswanan Constabulary replacement. Reduces enemy Spy stealing rate by 25%. +1 Culture from Specialists. Units trained in this City, provides +1 Happiness when garrisoned.
Mophato
The Mophato is the Botswanan Unique Unit, replacing the Infantry. They have the same abilities as the Infantry, and additionally provides +15% Building Production in the nearest City if stationed on a Mine or +15% Culture if stationed on an unimproved or pillaged tile. These effects stack with the bonus provided by other Mephato.

Direct

In the past I have either provided a direct download option through Dropbox or Drive, or recommended using SteamWorkshopDownloader[steamworkshopdownloader.com]. However, the former has the disadvantage that it requires me to keep the direct download version of the mod up-to-date, which is unnecessarily inconvenient, and the latter is unstable and often not functioning. Thus if you need to download this mod directly, let me know and I will provide a link.

Resources next to mines are NOT improved. Too bad, it was an interesting concept. I'm on to another mod.

Hello.

First, you've got a mistake that makes Kgotla imposible to build. In GameDefines.sql you've written BUILDINGCLASS_CONSTABULARY instead of BUILDINGCLASS_CONSTABLE (line 295)

Second, the mechanics of extra culture for specialists is broken in the game for some reason. It works fine for any other yield, but if you want to increase culture, it works as you want it to work only when you have one city. With multiple cities you will have more culture for each specialist in every city. Thus, if you have 5 Kgotlas, you'd have +10 culture for each specialist in every city you have a Kgotla in. Which is too much. I've got no idea shy and how to fix it.
