- Fixed issue with the UA not claiming tiles
- Fixed issue with the UA where only one resource would get auto improved when more were adjacent
- Fixed issue with the UB where the culture it granted to specialists stacked globally
- Added missing game text for the UU promotion
- Fixed issue with icons not showing for specific altas sizes
