This mod adds 12 stupid and crazy Civics.

Current Version: 2.6.* (adjustment in progress)

Compatibility
Mod doesn't overwrite any files.

Civic List

<Skim Through>
Survey Speed: +500%
Anomaly Discovery Chance: -95%
Research Speed: +15%
Research Alternative: -2

<Deadly Politics>
Monthly Influence: +6
Leader Cost: -40%
The ruler will be assassinated and die 7~10 months after he was elected.

<Jaeger>
Homeworld has "Titanic Life" Planet Modifier
Start game with one Mega-Warform army
Unlocks Army Type: Mega-Warform
Army Damage: +20%
Cannot be removed or added after the start of the game

<Doomsayer>
Gains Unity, Society Research, Consumer Goods from purging Xeno POPs
Each time the Xeno POP is purged, End-Game Crisis starting time will moved up by one month.
Decreased Opinions for most other empires
Damage to endgame crisis factions: +15%
Cannot be removed or added after the start of the game

<Short Tempered>
Ship Fire Rate: +25%
Army Damage: +25%
War Exhaustion Gain: +300%

<Swindlers>
Trust Cap: -80
Trade Attractiveness: +25%

<Arch Enemy>
Ship Fire Rate: -15%
However, the fleet that battles its rivals will be given a "Ship Fire Rate: +25%" instead of the above effect.
Max Rivalry: -2

Minerals form Miners: -0.5
Consumer Goods form Miners: +1


Machine Intelligence Civic List

<Divide by Zero>
Start the game with "Dividing by Zero" Empire Modifier which having a serious adverse effect on the efficiency of the whole empire.
Start the game with a "Calculating Divide by Zero" Research Option to eliminate those Empire Modifier and solve the problem.
Decreased Opinions for most other Machine Intelligence empires
Cannot be removed or added after the start of the game


Corporate Civic List

<Universal Studio>
Gain Unity proportional to the size of the battle at the end of the space battle
Ship Disengagement chance +10%

<Galactic Expressway Corporation>
All empires that do not war with us, including us, have the following effect on our territory:
Sublight Speed +20%
Jump charge time -20%
Jump cooldown -20%

<Aggressive Advertising>
Unlocks the "Advertising" bombardment stance, which gains trade value from the besieged planet.

swindler is basically a scammer, that civic should rather start strong and get worse over time,

lets say you get 100% trade attractiveness and a trust cap of + 80 (and because ur a scammer) it goes down over time

the trust goes even into the negatives because uh scammer and trade value goes to 0%

basically insane start and after awhile doing politics gets harder and harder

as much as you say no balance some of these aren't that crazy and could be realistic civics
