Report a translation problem
I tested this by playing 1 v 3 level 9 cpus. They were Zettaburns and it was on fire capital (basic). At the end of the match, all three of them lost 2 stocks each and I was literally just running at them, mashing the special button 99% of the time and doing smash attacks when they were at ludicrous percents.
The reason it's so good is that it's spammable, comes out almost instantly, true combos into itself, completely surrounds the characters hurtbox and stays out for an extremely long time. The only downside is that you can only use it in the air but if you could use it on the ground, this character would basically be immortal.
