Final thing I'd really like to see would be for down-air. Making it autocancel on short-hop would make it a really nice combo tool, and would feel better in general.
First up, I really like how this character plays neutral, but if they're going to function as a particularly "good" character (average for Rivals), they need a bit more. Right now, from my own testing, I've been using a ton of up-air as my main tool for neutral, weirdly enough. It reminds me a lot of Melee Pikachu. However, I'd suggest making it either a little bigger, or making it end a little faster, allowing him to just barely sneak in a second nair when short-hopping. It'd make trying to get in way easier.
Which doesn't help when I need to work up the motivation to work on it, but at least I *can* now.
