i'm loving this character, very good pixel art, but in game neutral air and down air have a very weak hit box, good luck with this project

yes - it's missing a functional down-special, completely missing neutral-special, and is missing up-strong and down-strong

Is this still a WIP?

Second, I'd like to see a way to make side-b better in more situations. It's a good tool for him right now, but it's really small meaning you can struggle to hit opponents in the air with it. Maybe making it bigger, or letting you angle it somewhat, would be a change you could make.

Final thing I'd really like to see would be for down-air. Making it autocancel on short-hop would make it a really nice combo tool, and would feel better in general.

This character feels interesting, but definitely still needs a lot of tweaking and polishing to really shine. Despite lacking a few moves, this is honestly pretty filled out, so I'll just be listing out things I really like and things I'd want to see changed.

First up, I really like how this character plays neutral, but if they're going to function as a particularly "good" character (average for Rivals), they need a bit more. Right now, from my own testing, I've been using a ton of up-air as my main tool for neutral, weirdly enough. It reminds me a lot of Melee Pikachu. However, I'd suggest making it either a little bigger, or making it end a little faster, allowing him to just barely sneak in a second nair when short-hopping. It'd make trying to get in way easier.

Oh darn. That’s unfortunate for sure. At least you recovered the files! Work at your own pace, with your own passion, things turn out better when you want to work on them!

I actually lost the files for a long while, I got a new hard drive and forgot to transfer files - but I got them back recently.

Which doesn't help when I need to work up the motivation to work on it, but at least I *can* now.

Do you have plans to finish this, or did you lose interest, or similar?
