Description
This is not my mod, but MadManCam fixed.
If the author asks that I delete it, it will be removed immediately.

As I did it for me, I share it, but I cannot guarentee there will be update (I have a busy life).


Description from the author page;
This is now a light version of Free Camera

Camera rotation no longer resets after you release the mouse. Press the H key to toggle between default and last used camera rotation.

You can rotate the map in 3 ways: Shift + Left Click Drag, Alt + Left Click Drag, and the Q and E keys.

You can also pan the map with WASD keys. Please remember to clear out the WASD and QE keys in Game Options --> Keybindings if you will be using them, otherwise other stuff will pop up.

You can change all of the keybinds and settings while you are playing the game. See the discussion for instructions.

Can be used with saved games (for multiplayer however, you cannot usually change the enabled mods list for a saved game).

Should work with any mod, but it will replace the mod's WorldInput.lua if it has one (most don't).

CQUI Users:
- Compatible with CQUI
- Q and E to select next/previous city/unit moved to shift + Q and shift + E (unless you have QE rotation disabled in the settings)
- Pressing shift to select next city/unit is moved to the X key (unless you have Shift rotation disabled in the settings, X keybind can be changed in settings)

Sorry. I stopped a long time ago Civilization. So this is an abandonned mod.

Is it possible to lock the camera after rotating it? Each time I release the keys the camera goes back to the original angle.

I have same problem with citizen management interface. A workaround that work for me is to open city details panel, then it work. But tiresome to open up city details every time.
Anyone know how to fix this, or where to start?

some problem i have encountered, when i enable this mod, my cities citizen management interface will be disappeared. This problem troubled me a lot~~

For some reason this do not work with a saved game as announced. I used free camera from start but trying this now, but sadly only work with new games. Is it something I can do to make it work with saved game?

Got it to work with "close panels", just added changes from "close panels" in WorldInput.lua to this mod.

Nice mod, thanks for sharing, its still working well.
A few issues:
I can't select city with keybinds anymore, for units I can use any keys or X, no work for selecting city.
Also this dont work with "Close Panels" mod since both have WorldInput.lua edits.

Hello,
I have shared this mod cause I did it. I actually don't play civ6 and wait for an other game similar that will come in 2020. Anybody can use and patch, if needed, this mod.
