Description

While this "cute" little craft may not be anywhere near as maneuverable as the Tempest Class, the Hurricane Class Snub Fighter still packs almost as much of a punch with its two sequenced rocket launchers and four gatling guns. Its small size not only makes it hard to spot, but also hard to hit due to its tiny profile. Not only is it hard to see and hit, it also only requires a tiny hangar to be safely transported, meaning that larger ships can carry more fighters. As a snub fighter, the Hurricane Class is short range only. It is purely battery powered, and its ammunition storage is relatively limited, so it should never stray too far from its supporting ship or base of operations. Surprisingly, the Hurricane Class preforms better in lunar environments than the first generation Bantam Mk.II Class, testament to the ever-improving nature of WDM designs. A special feature, currently unique in WDM to the Hurricane Class, is that all of the information readouts are displayed within the cockpit. The result is that the pilot will be informed on the state of the craft even if the area surrounding the cockpit becomes damaged.

Yeah no problem!

Awesome, I highly appreciate that!

Well you could just replace the cockpit with the normal 3x3x3 cockpit. Lemme update my controls guide that I've linked above so you can make your own non-DLC version.

fuck, guess I gotta buy the dlc then
Rhea.licious  [author] 2 Dec, 2019 @ 6:57pm
Yeah the cockpit will be missing. Stupid Keen.

even though it says "required dlc" and I download it without the dlc, will the ship have missing parts?

@mentor_N7 aka mass effect player aswhell but that's not the point you did it and it isnt as bulky as i whould have expected from atmo engines

Oh right! ;) @Locomotor79 check out the F-3 fowl, it was the inspiration for this craft and is an atmospheric ship, made by Mentor_N7.

@Lt.Starbound, I know how to make Atmo Version of this ship ;)
Rhea.licious  [author] 17 Oct, 2019 @ 4:22pm
I don't think this ship would translate well to atmo, but you could either check out my Tempest Atmospheric Interceptor.
