Would be great if you could add that too.

With this current state all this addon does is hook remove. It is not this addon that causes long load times.

A lot of workshop mods are honestly just as guilty as scummy DarkRP server owners.

Here before all the RP server owners start sweating their greasy hair off trying to get around this.

No not community chat tags, more like for instance if there is an addon that has chat advertising in it and it has like [<Addon Name>] This server is using X by X; visit <website> to learn more.

what do you mean by chat tags, just like "[poop] username"?

Thank you for the questions.

I'm finishing my exams, and after the exam period finishes (48ish hours from now) I'll be going through and re-writing logic such as better config options.

The configuration options will allow servers as well as players to add their own hooks without the need for me to add them in manually.

So I think that will eliminate the chance of me being buyest, I'll be effectively implementing the same concept as browser adblockers (pattern matching and end-user config).

As to your second question; As mentioned pattern matching I think will play a key role in this, but the end of the day will just count on the community to report hooks as well as any ads I encounter.

For example; If someone WANTS an advert to appear I can also add a whitelist option.
