Description
Hello and welcome and I'm sorry.
This map is here to test your pure, abstract laser puzzle skills - yes, another one of those by my hand.
I wanted to remake my old and fairly mediocre Emancipation Separation, so I did.
The result is the first room... and the second room.
''Come on, you've already solved it once. Less than a minute ago you solved this puzzle. Do it again, please.''
That phrase has never been more applicable.
Now I felt like I could expand the concept, and let me tell you something.
If you have an easyish difficulty laser puzzle, just put two copies next to each other. Trust me, you can make it work.
And so I made a third puzzle work, twice the size of the first two rooms, but still I wanted more.
I did some stuff, tweaked things, you know the drill, and at some point I thought I had something impossible.
While brushing my teeth a few nights ago, I had a ''big brain'' moment, as one calls it these days, and so there is now also a fourth puzzle.
It has been pointed out to me that this last room is extremely difficult to solve.

Please let me know whether or not I messed up my logic.
The seemingly random pits are just there to prevent nasty exploits. Huge thanks to Joric for sticking with the map and finding so many of them.
You can complete the map without the green fizzler glitch, angled lasers through portals, off-center portals, grabbing cubes through fizzlers or any funny business like that. Everything is clean and pure.

Difficulties:
First room: 3/10.
Second room: 4/10.
Third room: 5/10.
Fourth room: 7.5/10.
Feel free to disagree with these ratings and be sure to let me know when you do.

Lastly some statistics about the map to deter you. It contains, among other things:
- 5 lasers
- 13 laser receivers
- 2 laser relays
- 15 portal surfaces
- 13 fizzlers
- 5 yellow fizzlers
- 2 green fizzlers
- 4 retractable buttons
- 9 cubes
- 0 weighted buttons
- 77 logic gates
- 4 puzzles

Of course I won't copystrike you for the music if you record your run :p
In other news: My puzzle game Sokoban: The RPG has been released on steam! Please consider checking it out!

For some reason in the first room, the raising pedestal doesn't drop the blue cube. I can't progress without that

OMG, the 4th room took me days. I had to watch a little bit of a walkthrough (up to a certain point where my route was starting to deviate, the rest I figured out by myself) since I was walking in circles for hours. Still, another great challenging map. The solution wasn't as complex as I thought, so I'm kinda dissapointed in myself for having to check a playthrough, even if it was for just a snippet.

@Spider_Dawg Amazing work completing this behemoth of a map! I'm not sure what bug caused that behaviour, I hope it didn't impact your experience too much :]
@Mr Fab Your playthroughs are still in my watch later list, I'll get to them eventually :cozycrashfish:

Great puzzle. One weird thing I've found is that sometimes the button comes up as expected and other times it doesn't .

@Xayiver Thank you so much for the kind words! Superb work solving this set of very challenging laser puzzles. I'm very happy to hear that you enjoyed it :D

Beautiful map! No doubt my favourite laser-oriented map. It perhaps cured my phobia of abstract laser puzzles :D The solution to the 4th room is stunningly clean (especially in contrast to the terror inducing steps I envisioned when particularly desperate!). Thanks for creating it, I enjoy the occasional not-in-moderation brain smoke :cozyjunimogreen:

@Narkodes Thanks a lot :D And excellent work solving it - as you might have experienced, that's not an easy task. I'm happy to see that some players returned to this one eventually. I'm glad you liked it :cozycrashfish:

Great map! BEE clean not so great.
...
The first 3 rooms are good... But room four is definitely one of the most interesting laser puzzles I played so far. I like the two parallel white wall surfaces with the yellow and the blue fizzler, alternating between those two was neat. And the last cube respawn (green) was very satisfying. Huge thumbs up.

@Libbybapa Thank you very much for playing, and excellent work solving it in the end! I appreciate your tenacity :] Your unintended solution indeed contains an interesting sequence, be it with some super tight angles. Perhaps it could be worth thinking about how to force both to create something truly monstruous... Anyway, I'm very happy to hear that you liked it :D
