Description
This Mod adds an Argonian Thief (Only-He-Stands) as a roommate to the player house Honeyside in Riften. Also adds a map marker for fast travel.

Only-He-Stands is a freelance Thief and con-man from Hammerfell. Only-He-Stands heard Riften was a safe haven for thieves and thought he could join the Thieves Guild. He has found a job at the Bee and Barb. He sometimes finds time to slip away and do some extra cleaning. Only-He-Stands has some items for sale that he has acquired while cleaning. He is always willing to follow you on your travels.

---Note--- I have had some reports of the thrown insult showing up on subtitles or being spoken by my NPC's. I have not come across this in the testing of my mods and have looked for possible causes to the problem and found nothing. If you have this problem a more detailed description is needed. (what NPC is doing it, what language your game is, do you have other mods running that add or change NPC default dialogue ect.)

The only change to the Housecarl is she has been made essential and has new clothes.

I actually really like the idea of lodgers in the homes because it is in line with the socio-economic realities of home-owning gentry who are, admittedly, rarely at home (as in my Dragonborn's case). It sounds geeky I know, but what I want to say is, thanks for these mods because I am a sucker for Argonians and knowing that some semblance of life goes on in the house when I am away. :)

Is he marriable? I am playing a female Argonian and am having troubles finding a spouse. Deekus is available, but he likes mining more than my bed and won't stay home! LOL :)

--- maurer.soma --- Ok, I know what the issue is; I deleted that particular wardrobe to make room for the spare bed. For some reason it decided to render in the center of the area without a reference in your game. An easy fix for you would be to disable the wardrobe in your game. All you have to do is stand in front of the wardrobe and save. (Make sure you are in first person perspective) enter console and then click on the wardrobe, type disable and then press enter. The wardrobe should disappear for good.

Make sure you have a save before doing this; if you click the floor or a wall by mistake it will disable it and not the wardrobe. If this happens just load your save and try again.

Press ~ to enter console, click the wardrobe with your mouse, then type disable press enter.
Make sure to save again after the wardrobe is gone.

Ok so.It is a visible upper part of wardrobe(just doors) before the Dragonborn's bed in the upstairs.The lower part is in the floor and visible in downstairs. Here is the screens I hope the link is work https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/profiles/76561198061460852/screenshots/
and when I turned off this mod the wardrobe just disappeard

--maurer.soma-- I have checked the mod and don't find any half wardrobe. I changed very little in the house and did not add any wardrobe. I have multiple characters I test with and have found nothing wrong. If you could give me a better description maybe I can help. Is the problem in the upstairs bedroom or downstairs in the spare bedroom? Is it cut in half by another piece of furniture or is only half of it visible? Is it sticking out from a wall? Any details you can give me will help. I do not think it is my mod that is causing the problem but a better description will help me make sure.
