K100E OF engine mods

Description
Alters the torque and torque curves of the stock engines for OF K100E, making them more realistic to drive. Also adds the Cat 3406 at nominal 550hp, 'cos you can't not have a Cat :)

The nominal max torque in each case is prototypical at about 1400-1500 rpm (depends on which engine) - don't be fooled by the headline value if you look under the hood. The SCS modelling of truck engines has never been all that good, IMHO. They should pull strongly from about 1000 -1100 and not normally be run much over 1500. You should find the Cummins ones a little more "revvy" than the Cat.

These should operate best if you keep the revs between about 1000 and 1600.

Sound system has been changed. Also the OF K100-E is awaiting update to 1.40 anyway.

the pic in the background looks like a cummins N14 or a Cummins M11 but really doesn't matter to me anyways...

Man you hit the nail on the head with this. Cummins revs better than Cat but Cat out Pulls it all day long

One thing missing for the CAT engines is the pyrometer guage. Pulling a hill the engine heats up. If you don't downshift the heat will melt the rubber o-rings holding the cylinders together, and you blow the engine. But I guess it's a good thing that over heating isn't in the sim. LOL
