Unfortunately Shads 'lime processing compatibility' is a bit aggressive. It just outright replaces and verbatim overwrites some definitions in order to actually disable all the 'More Minerals' additions. While to mu knowledge Immersive Stonemasonry does not have lime processing in its dependencies I guess you are adding it independently. In such case unfortunately there is not much I can do. I have tried to convince Shad to introduce together a joint mod to avoid such incompatibilities but unfortunately failed. It is possible to make 'More Minerals' and 'Lime processing' compatible, but it will require substantial work.

discovered the issue, Paintable blocks along with Lime Processing's Compatibility mod for More Minerals was causing the issue, seems Paintable blocks and the Compatibility mod aren't really compatible. For the vanilla Milling Research was also broken, and you can't use "large stones" in recipes

Thank you for letting me know @SteelNorthman, I will look at the issue at the nearest opportunity,
