To add a bit of difficulty I added fallen trees to the trails in close proximity to the log station/koisk and lumber mills (if you start seeing trees in the trail you're close to one of these).
Also in areas where you're crossing rock texture I added loose rocks. Rock texture is part of the steep inclines, making them more difficult than they were.
Finished with this map, will make a small snow test trail map now...
I added some rocks next to the trails, and a few in the trails. Nothing extreme, mostly for visuals/realism.
Presently roughing up the rock textures along the edges of the trails and in the trails to also create more realism.
Once I'm satisfied with this I will add snow mods to my editor and start making snow maps...
