Spent a couple of hours on it last night, I'll say I went down more times than up but it is really a great looking map. It really shows how much you are putting into your work to make things so realistic. Thank you again Sean an look forward to another.:steamhappy:

Outside of the steep inclines I found the map too easy to simply drive around, like a trail map.
To add a bit of difficulty I added fallen trees to the trails in close proximity to the log station/koisk and lumber mills (if you start seeing trees in the trail you're close to one of these).
Also in areas where you're crossing rock texture I added loose rocks. Rock texture is part of the steep inclines, making them more difficult than they were.

Finished with this map, will make a small snow test trail map now...

I changed the cliff texture from a light color (sand) to a dark color (rock). Also changed the season from summer to autumn; the trees and bushes now have an orange color to them.
I added some rocks next to the trails, and a few in the trails. Nothing extreme, mostly for visuals/realism.
Presently roughing up the rock textures along the edges of the trails and in the trails to also create more realism.
Once I'm satisfied with this I will add snow mods to my editor and start making snow maps...

The blue log truck in my screenshots (Nami-0127A), released just before this map in the workshop, does very good at climbing

Tip of the hat to how you did that, i haven't played it yet, but as a map maker myself i am impressed with how different this is. i like the looks of it and will play soon

Chaos Fox: I do build maps at times with some steep inclines. Figured that is what you're saying 'how the hell' about. That is why I made two paths to each objective; if one way is too hard try the other. Scouting ahead with a jeep or something would probably help determine how to proceed.

Thanks for the compliments.
Enjoy
