Thanks. To answer your question:
- Got o main/Front-Cockpit.
- go int 3-rd Tab (Task-list)
- turn off all option in 3rd List (that are all rotor-locks)
- delock landing gear.
-change to 2nd Tab (Task-list)
-here you can operate the arm.

how does one deploy the camera arm
First question would be, if you already got server blocks and timers build.
If so, you might want to turn them off, till you have finished the blueprint.
-Go to world settings and enable skript. After that everything is automated. ;)
-If you can't change world settings (because server): manually turn on the wheels and turn_off handbrake.
I assume the turned_off wheels are the problem. Please tell me your result.
