Description
(SV Tier 3 Class 1, Unlock Level 15)

(Requires Alpha 11.x experimental)

Primary roles: HV Lifter, Storage, Light combat, Warp, Drone Hatch, most survival quality of life features.

The MCRN-Condor-Lift Vessel Tier 3 is a designed to move mounted HV's as well as hold a decent amount of cargo and take on light combat if needed. It is specifically designed to move the MCRN-Karkinos HV Tank, but others that fit the specs can also be moved. To do this, the ship has a lot of lift thrust to both move a tank as well as a full load of cargo on a 1G planet. Higher gravity planets you may need to reduce cargo weight. This was a coop project with author TeeWRX82.

General features

It comes with 26K storage + 2 additional large cargo boxes, 1.5K ammo storage, Constructor, Fridge, O2 + Station, Armor Locker, Wifi, Detector, Warp core and pentaxid tank, drone hatch, 1st person interior cockpit, spot lights, and LCD projectors to help dock HV's to the bottom.

Offense and Defense

The hull is built of steel with armored glass. It comes with 4 rocket launchers and 4 gatling guns. The ship is fairly quick unloaded and offers support for POI engagements but is not intended for heavy combat.

Note: When docking the MCRN-Karkinos, pull forward to the 1st LCD guide so it is it right in front of your view, then dock upwards. Keep in mind, when docking on CV's, the tank must be un-docked from the SV and docked to the CV, and then you must also dock the SV again to the CV or the CV will not be able to move. Basically both creations need to be docked to the CV and the HV cannot be docked directly to the SV or the CV will give an error saying that all creations are not docked properly.

Also, the exterior lights are controlled by a P menu control. This ship also has standard and performance modes. Control switches inside the ship.

This is so cool but the docking mechanism is just for the cat when I park both structures (container/ship) on a carrier. Cargo needs to stay on the Condor, then dock on the Carrier. When I have to fly and park each structure from the ship to ground, then there is no need of cargo lift. I just fly the container. I think the game does not give us better dokcing options yet

Hey @Jrandall !
I've enjoyed the idea of a dropship like this for armor drops from outer athmosphere so I checked this model and the karkinos's.
The thing is that when I was testing both of them on creative model once the tank was attached to the condor I wasn't able to get into the latest. Somehow there was a gap created on both port and starport doors that make the character fall-clip into the lower hull (chest merged with the condor's flor) and I was only able to god-mode out of there. Am I the only one having this issue?
Regardless of this, both models do work awesome on their own, And I love the design and detailing you place on them! =D

Oh I also added a belly door and move the door on the tank so they light up and you can drop right into the tank for deployment.

Jrandall, I have a reworked version of this I would like you to check out. I cut off the giant legs because they were counterintuitive to the lift thrust. And I had to make some other modifications to make it viable in Reforged Galaxy. For some reason when I hit O to level it out it goes diagonal and half upside down. Can't figure out why. All other ships I've spawned are level but this one seems off.

Thank you Zeal, Fuklebark, NotAnAussie, and Garaman! @ NotAnAussie, I am not sure what would fit it. I made very few HV's for the faction that are top mountable. The biggest is the Deimos-HT but that is to large to fit. @Garaman, I will check it out. Thanks again all!
