Nomad Changes

Adds :
- A new Nomad squad that will sell all types of animal products, included MEAT and SKINS
- A bunch of dialogue and dialogue options for vanilla Nomad Animal Traders
- If you have an Outpost, talk to a Nomad Animal Trader, to get a visit from their Merchants


Ever thought to yourself - "Wow this Nomad dudes breed goats, sell you all types of animals and are pretty chill, but why won't they sell some of their meat or skins to MEE!? Pfff! whut? do they eat Fricking sand all day?"

- Nomad graze/raise their animals, it makes sense to make use of their Goats as a food source and subsequently as a bargain tool. - So that's basically the idea of this mod ... aaaaand also 'cuz paying 2.000 to 7.000+ cats for 7 pieces of Raw Meat doesn't really make sense.


- The Nomad Trader (see images)

• Spawn in same areas as Beast Traders
  
• Sell animal goods (Meat, Skins, Claws, Horns and
  Animal Teeth) since Beast Traders sell you Garrus,Bulls, Goats and Bonedogs

- Nomad Trader requirements to visit Your Outpost :

• 1º - an Outpostits one of the CONDITIONS of the Beast Traders diologue
  
• 2º - Request a Beast Trader to send their BROTHERS! to come trade
  
• 3º - Pay a fine to the Beast Trader for "services rendered", just like when you recruit NPC's

+ Afterwards they will then come visit you as frequently as Beast Traders


- Dialogue

• Added Attack dialogue_lines if you wish to assault nomads (u monster)
  
•  3 new announcement_dialogue_tree_lines to Nomad Traders
  
•  3 new dialogue_tree_lines to Nomad Traders
  
•  Beast Trader - multiple_choice_dialogue_lines in relation to either Your money, relations and bounty

- Nomad Animal Town shops in Nomad Settlements

• Will also sell animal goods (Meat, Skins, Claws, Horns and Animal Teeth) but in larger quantities

- The Nomad Trader spawns naturally in the same areas as the Nomad Animal Traders
