CPU Tier 1 | Unlock Level 5 Starter SV

With the new flight model including some lift force from the underside of vessels, I thought I'd try my hand at creating a starter SV that could be your 1st vessel (instead of the typical low level HV). Designed to be a scout vessel that can carry a reasonable amount of cargo - be that ores from a deposit found on your adventures or loot salvaged from crashed vessel - while also being able to defend itself from drones.

All above amenities, plus both container controllers are directly accessible

Once reaching Level 7, I'd suggest making an SV detector and placing it on the block immediately behind the ammo controller (textured to look like a vent). I'd also replace the 4 thrusters painted yellow (2 front facing, and the middle 2 rear facing) with Medium thrusters to improve stopping power and to enable this vessel to reach the max speed of 70m/s in atmosphere.
These changes still keep it within T1 CPU limits
