Lord of the Rings: Journeys in Middle-Earth ~ Automatic

Description
Welcome to my mod for The Lord of the Rings: Journeys in Middle-earth, a cooperative, fantasy board game for 1 to 5 players from FFG! Pick an app-driven campaign and your heroes. Then enjoy several adventures in J.R.R. Tolkien's Middle-Earth as you slay enemies, solve mysteries and find treasures.

About:
This version is a heavily scripted option of the game, and features automated set-up, play, rally and end game.
The large table is conveniently laid out for easy access to the item decks, the trinket decks and the title cards. Never paint yourself into a corner again! The large journey map with multiple token and terrain bags can be moved about to allow for additional tiles.
Take the bookwork out of the game. Player areas have ample play room, 6 counters to help remember what steps you have left in your turn, and over 20 buttons to make your game-play easier.
Now it will be easy to save and load your Journeys through Middle-earth.

Usage:
In order to lineup the Journey map tiles in the FFG app, with this Mod's tiles, you can rotate the app map (Use either, the 'Q' and 'E' keys, or drag the right mouse button).
During a Journey map at the bottom-middle of the Map, there are buttons to Move all of the objects on the map in one of six hexagonal directions: North-East, South-East, South, South-West, North-West and North. Since there is no boundary checking, use caution with these buttons. Objects might be moved off of the map, or into a bag!
I have added move buttons for the Battle map. If an object moves off of the map it is sent to the trash. This causes any Players to return to their Player Mat.

Checkout the Notebook for more information on using this mod.

As always, anyone wishing to use or adapt any or all of my Mod's script, may do so freely, no credit needed.

@Winters On fixing the missing card - after copying the cards, you might need to save and load again. This should reload the GUID links.
Sorry that I could not help more. Thanks for the kind words.

@jsmcgo. No problem. I tried to do save and load multiple times, but I couldn't get it done. That screenshot was taken after I was trying to undo things,(which basically break some of the scripts I think). I tried to see which card was missing, no dice. I just restarted the game, figure out what card I have purchased.

Thanks for maintaining the mod! I wouldn't able to finish a journey without this mod.

. This is a new one on me. Thank you for the image. That is a big help in tracing this bug. The chat window clearly shows the error location. Also, I have noticed in the image that the character card, boards and bags are missing!
. I have checked out that section of code, which Locks an object. The error seems to be caused by it trying to lock an object when there is none. The "Coru_StartBattle" section of the script first calls this function to lock all of the character cards.
. Conclusion: A character card must be missing.

. Solution: I have made the 'Lock' function more robust by being able to skip 'nil' objects. This might have stopped the error, but if the card is missing this most likely would have caused other problems.
. However, you could still get around this by: Saving the game. Load a new game. Copy the missing card(s). Reload the previously saved game. And then pasting the card(s) into the game. Also, if you wish to have the script reposition these, just toss them into the big trash area.
. Note: I do not rely on GUIDs to find objects, so the new card(s) should work fine.
. I hope this helps. Happy gaming!

Does that happen when you are seated?

I just realized the screenshot I posted may be too small of resolution to read the error message. 'Error in Script(Table-14530e) function <startLuaCoroutine/Coru_StartBattle>:chunk_4:(1907,66-69):attempt to index a nil value'

anyone having this problem when loading any adventure? I was about to do the last adventure on Battlemap, it shuffles the cards and do all stuffs, but didn't show me any Battlemaps. The notification shows up in Adventure Map but I think it doesn't matter there.

@jsmcgo yeah. I tried 3 heroes with the physical game, and I was keep missing stuffs. If I get used to the game, I will try with more heroes with this mod.

@Winters
That was my intent. I have soloed with 5 Heroes. Though, my brain was smoked after those sessions!

@jsmcgo thanks. I finished an adventure and I didn't realize I have to end the current adventure to change it to battle map.

I have the physical game and finished some adventures, but I am trying solo with your mod. I am glad that I don't have to set up and clean up the game every time I play it. Again, thanks for the mod.
