Description
Max level 50
Max level is 50 for Lords and Heroes.

Skill points
Lords and heroes get 2 skill points per level.

Skill dump
Skill dump unlocks at level 20 for heroes and 40 for lords.

why have a skill dump if there are enough traits to reach level 50? please lower the dump unlock level, because there arent

Also some Nehekaran Liche priests are missing skill dumps, such as the Liche Priest for Lore of Death.
