A more powerful Wheeler

Description
Make Wheeler more powerful:
* Has 150 Health instead of 100
* Dodge recharge time is 1 second instead of 1.5
* Her base movement speed is 10% higher instead of 5%
* Has 15 inventory slots instead of 12
* Pew-matic Horn deal 50, 75, 100 damage instead of 34, 45, 60

Possibly don't work with other Wheeler mod.

I would say this is op but we already have WX-78, and not starting with 100 100 100 stats Isnt a downside. when all it takes is a log suit to tank 4 rooks and be waay above every other character stats.

This mod is great! But can you make this mod stat changes configurable? :) the pew-matic horn is just too OP :)
