"Progression Inc - a collection of progressively larger buildings to rent as your company grows."

Your Uncle heard about your new computer business and offered to let you rent rooms in his old house. He moved to Hawaii years ago but kept his first home.

He's cheap, and not dumb - so every room will cost you more.
One of his conditions is you must mow the lawn once a week so he can stop paying your cousin to do it.

The default lease is the pantry between the basement stairs and kitchen.

My play test of this fit a small 24 employee company comfortably with a small printing operation in the basement and garage. You can probably cram more in.

I figured it out :D the sidewalk was marked as "rentable" so employees wold not pass over it unless it was rented. I just uploaded a new version with that fixed.

Weird thanks for the notes, something must have changed with one of the newer updates. Sorry! I will try to fix it soon. I have a little bit of a project zomboid addiction right now.

the room is rented and i placed and customised the room but the pathway to the room need to be rented and after cheating money in and renting it they still dont do it

Have you clicked and actually "rented" the room? This is a rental and not a blue print so each room or area must be rented first.
