I figured it out :D the sidewalk was marked as "rentable" so employees wold not pass over it unless it was rented. I just uploaded a new version with that fixed.

Weird thanks for the notes, something must have changed with one of the newer updates. Sorry! I will try to fix it soon. I have a little bit of a project zomboid addiction right now.

the room is rented and i placed and customised the room but the pathway to the room need to be rented and after cheating money in and renting it they still dont do it

Have you clicked and actually "rented" the room? This is a rental and not a blue print so each room or area must be rented first.
