Shave Bark Earlier

A mod that simply adds the "Shave bark" recipe to the tier 1 carpentry bench, alongside nerfing the recipe itself.

Here's exactly what the mod does:

- It changes the Shave bark recipe itself: You will need 5 wood (down from 10) in order to create 1 piece of bark.
- The crafting time for 1 piece of bark has been reduced to 4 seconds (down from 10).
- The improved carpenter's bench reduces the requirement to only 3 wood. The precision carpenter's bench reduces it even further to 2 wood.
- The trade carpenter's bench still takes 5 wood for one bark, but its crafting time is reduced to 2 seconds.
